The CLV series Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCO) are uniquely based on a patented high-Q distributed resonator design offering low phase noise and linear tuning over a wide range of frequency bands (400 MHz to 4 GHz). The major advantages of the CLV series are higher immunity to microphonic effects and reduced phase hits over an extended operating temperature range (-40 to 85°C). This product line is ideally suited for complex modulation applications. The lower voltage operation capability, under reduced output power, make them perfect for handsets with extended battery life.
