The SMV Series VCO modules are a natural evolution from the MINI package. The SMV Series VCO's range from 60 MHz to 6 GHz. Residing in the 0.3" x 0.3" SUB-L package, the SMV series of VCO modules do not sacrifice performance for size. Our extensive product line utilizes 0201 case sized components to make the most out of a small area. This small size in-turn reduces the space required on your PCB.
