RFS4300Z-LF is a fixed PLO with an integrated reference oscillator that provides a very stable signal at 4.3GHz. Requiring just a single 5V supply and 60mA of current, it delivers a nominal 3dBm of power into a 50Ω load with a spectral purity of -85dBc/Hz at the 1kHz and 10kHz offsets. Additionally, it provides better than -45dBc and -65dBc of harmonic and reference suppression, respectively. The robustness of the RFS4300Z-LF makes it even more appealing. It is designed for extreme environments by operating over the -55 to 105°C temperature range.
